Over the years, education has left me with a diverse – but complementary - skillset. These skills have been honed over the years to make me a highly proficient problem-solver & designer, with an extensive knowledge of the tools and methodologies.
This degrees focus is centered on graphic design and motion graphics, applied towards UX/ UI Design for mobile and web development; specializing in visual & interaction design.
My course of study at SVC Seattle was centered around learning animation fundamentals being applied towards motion design production threw the use of After Effects.
Over the course of 2 years I engaged in a series of classes focused on creating production ready assets for game development. These classes included learning modeling, texturing, 3D sculpt, engine integration, asset optimization, and 3D/ games industry workflow practices.
Studied and refined skills in the field of fine art & technical illustration. The program taught the uses of a variety of mediums including pencils, acrylic, watercolor, oil, charcoal, and colored pencils. These mediums were applied through the program to figure drawing, illustration, technical drawing, design thinking and painting among other things.
I’ve worked to provide a range of design solutions to meet the visual and technical design challenges of my big & small business clients in UI/UX, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Web Design, Production Design, Graphic Design, and Motion Design. This has included working with stakeholders to develop style guides, manage a CMS, produce wireframes, mock-ups & assets for web layouts and interactions; as well as creating AI templates and production assets, among others.

Working as part of a team to tackle chunks of content to provide feedback, bug reports, and testing. Most notably my responsibilities included the following among others:

Designed a broad range of test cases to ensure system health and stability of builds across Destiny 1’s Systems, UI, Visuals and game progression for the Console Closers team. Assisted developers in cross-platform testing, bug reporting, and self-driven ad-hoc testing, utilizing creative problem-solving in brainstorming sessions with my team. Working together to manage daily test cases while seeking high-priority bugs to assure the usability of builds for the rest of the studio.
Created a range of 3D motion maps for the Kinect Team, to produce animated data points for Microsoft's Kinect team to advance the Kinect's user-tracking. Rapidly arranged & animated data points to improve usability. Responsible for creating both simple & complex animated motion maps using Kinect telemetry, to aid in the creation of a more robust algorithm for the device.
I worked to map regions of Europe & the Pacific with vectors, splines, and satellite imagery as part of Google's Global &Special Projects teams, ensuring the accuracy of map details used in navigation by thousands of users daily. Examining ticketed satellite imagery for regions of roadways, paths, and intersections to enhance the map with data points to adhere to local traffic laws, regulations, and conventions. While also meeting team-driven quotas to ensure a high quality of work to provide a positive experience for one of Google's most popular services.
